United Tribal Countries Land Alliance

UTCLA Alliance

Orbit Futures is honoured to stand in alliance with the United Tribal Countries Land Alliance (UTCLA), a voluntary union of self governing First Nations across Terra Australis, united under their ancient Tjukurpa (Law/Lore) and guided by their Men’s and Women’s Councils.

Through this alliance, Orbit Futures supports UTCLA in implementing the Orbit Futures 3 Pillar Delivery Model as a culturally grounded framework for nation led development. This model enables UTCLA’s Aboriginal Nations to utilise their Country in ways that respect Tjukurpa, uphold sovereignty never ceded, and strengthen long term self determination.

Many UTCLA Nations hold lawful, community controlled access to Country, including licensed tenements and recognised stewardship responsibilities over their natural resources. Orbit Futures does not engage in extraction or resource operations. Instead, we work under the direction of UTCLA’s cultural authorities to:

This alliance ensures that UTCLA Nations retain full authority over their Country, while Orbit Futures provides the technical, diplomatic, and structural support needed to transform community directed contributions into sustainable socio economic benefits for present and future generations.

United Tribal Countries Land Alliance -

Orbit Futures is honoured to stand in alliance with the Pintupi Wati Tjuta Tjungarinyi and the Majagi–TIBNLA Tribal Countries Land Alliance, both founding members of the United Tribal Countries Land Alliance (UTCLA). Together, these Nations form a powerful cultural partnership grounded in ancestral law, community leadership, and the shared commitment to protect their people, lands, and future generations.

Through this alliance, Orbit Futures works alongside each Nation to implement our Three‑Pillar Delivery Service, co‑designed with their elders, leaders, and community teams. This partnership enables each Nation to build a culturally aligned, closed‑loop development system that strengthens sovereignty, supports community‑driven projects, and establishes long‑term, self‑sustaining pathways for future generations.

Our collaboration with the Pintupi Wati Tjuta Tjungarinyi and Majagi–TIBNLA Nations reflects our shared purpose: to empower Indigenous Nations to shape their own development journey, uphold their cultural authority, and secure a sustainable future for their people.
